No Gossip - set the example

No Gossip - set the example !
Gossip will kill your culture and ruin your company. It's when a person talks about someone negatively, critically or sarcastically when the person is not present.

Tell your people what the definition is, and then tell them, "We don't do that here. We are here to support each other and bring out the best each of us has, even though we don't all perform to the same level."

Then set the example - without exception !
