Your beliefs filter out and edit out everything that is inconsistent with them. If you believe you can't, you'll never allow any "I can" messages in. If you believe it's black, right, or down you'll never see white, left or up. Are your beliefs limiting you?  Who created your beliefs? Who is the only one who can modify or change them?
